… After much scrutiny, I came to the conclusion that I wasn’t really that ‘into” him. Harsh? Is it? But isn’t it much cruel if I led him on? That I let him spend his time pursuing me If I know in the end that I won’t be able to reciprocate his attentions? (but I thought I liked him… hmmm, was it the lollipop that turned me away? Ha!ha! I’m not that shallow… or am I?) No, it’s the kinder thing to do. Like I said, my last experience with luuuv has still left me reeling and I’m not that keen to go at it again. I want to make it right this time.

Or is just another excuse? I wonder.

by the way, the three tiers of local government in the Philippines are barangay (sub-municipal tier), component cities and municipalities (basic tier/level) and provinces and HUCs (highest tier which are directly supervised by the President). Now, how is national-local relations in a unitary system like ours different from that in a federal set-up? Answer this by citing concrete examples. this shall be the basis for your case study. anyway, your term paper must be at least 1,500 pages. Oh, before i forget, welcome to UP!
